  1. Dwight: Where is the clitoris? On a website it said at the crest of the labia...what does that mean?
  2. Really bad Office withdrawal so I started watching season two. Just finished the episode where Todd Packer is introduced
  3. The messiness that I've read about with the Nitty Gritty (at least the cheaper ones) is what made me less interested I guess. But using a VPI with two matts or disposable covers (something like rice paper cutouts that are placed over the matt) makes sense as well. Have you ever had the 2.5 damage labels?

The former sounds a lot more appealing to me
  5. Excellent info, thanks 909. The matt is quite a big difference indeed. I'll try and get through to VPI.
  6. Darn, I haven't liked any of the cheap commercially built single driver speakers that I heard. My biggest complaint is not the lack of extension on either end, it's that they all colored the music to their own tune and never got out of the way
  7. I think it's time for me to finally pick up a RCM. I've been using a dry brush mostly because all the vinyl I buy is new, but I'm starting to buy more and more used. Any suggestions? A used VPI HW-16 looks like a decent option that can always be upgraded to the HW-16.5, but I have no idea if the older model had any problems. Any comments, suggestions, or other recommendations? Thanks.
  8. Can you DIY? The possibilities open up a lot more if you can go that route.
  9. I had to do this with the stock latest firmware as well with my WRT54g. Damn POS.
  10. That's what I'd do!
  11. Moved the cryo treatment discussion to its own thread.
  12. Very nicely done
  13. Steve what wood do you have planned for the case? And are you just doing just the front panel or sides as well?
  14. Hirsch, do you remember the differences between your old MK1 and the one you got recently? IIRC you said your old O2 MK1 was too polite with your ES-1, is this the case with your new one?
  15. I think the only thing I'd want from his setup is his Loricraft On topic: for getting to try and build my Pearl. Vinyl forever
  16. Trifolds > ye olde onsie fold edit: also screw you laxx I want a Coach wallet now

  19. Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures on 180gm vinyl
  20. <- me I just messaged Marc. If anyone doesn't see themselves building this, I would gladly take the kit or individual boards (2) off your hands.

Add smoking 100 cigarettes a day to the aerius diet. You're probably screwed when you quit though
  23. A DIY Xono or Pass built? PL built would be $2000-2500 used, a bit overkill for my setup Maybe when I'm an attending I'll pick up a Xono
  24. Thanks guys. I think I'm going to go with the Cinemag CMQEE-3440A. I think they're around $100-120 a pair, with the Lundahls around $180. And the Lundahls are best done with the PCB mounting, whereas the Cinemags just need a simple clamp. And I've been communicating with a DIY guy on SH and he likes the DL-103 and Altec Peerless, but says the Cinemags are exceptional and perform very nicely. I think I'll upgrade my MMF-5 before starting the SUTs. No fotm since this won't be anytime soon, I've been really busy with work.
