I asked Dave, a slightly older person.

Yup - it is indeed a UltraWide SCSI. But it was also not uncommon to use this pin out to control a printer. The other end of that plug didn't look like that. - I'm old.

The Happiest Times I Ever Ignored Hayden Pedigo 2023 https://album.link/i/1671890098 Example: So I came across Hayden on a recent Tiny Desk, and I really liked the tunes, and the super clean technique. When it comes to guitar playing I am not a big fan of hearing the fingers slide on the strings, and that is pretty much absent for Hayden. The NPR post. There has also been some really good 70's Jazz. First Cuckoo Deodato 1975 https://album.link/i/1588155428 Example: I have really grown to appreciate Deodato's playing (piano) recently. And the smooth funk is juuuust right...

Cheers to the expat... -- Happy Birthday JP..

Maestro: Music by Leonard Bernstein (Original Soundtrack / Dolby Atmos) London Symphony Orchestra, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Bradley Cooper 2023 https://album.link/i/1716774772 Example: I cannot really recommend it, just because I will never go back to this to listen to. There are some really nice recordings in here, along with rich performances. And then there are works that are clearly outtakes from the movie - that I have not seen. So it becomes very disjointed. Reminding me of the Tar soundtrack. Just give me the full works as they were recorded and then if you want the other stuff stick them in as extra tracks. Anyway, I probably would still like to see the movie.

Living on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge is a bitch!.... When in doubt - step away from the volcano... 🌋 Be safe Birgir ...

Higher Chris Stapleton 2023 https://album.link/i/1697401120 Example: New Chris album just dropped. Happy to have another set of tunes from a master of crafting the most out all the words.

Delia Derbyshire - The Delian Mode -- documentary short.

RIP astronaut Frank Borman, 95 https://www.npr.org/2023/11/09/953342565/nasa-apollo-gemini-astronaut-frank-borman-dies

Cheers Birthday Buddy. I hope you had a good one.

^^ that's a funny looking curry...

Ill Communication Beastie Boys 1994 https://album.link/i/724771323 Example: Yeah I know 'Sabotage' rules, but I just really like how much Jazz is on this album. Probably pissed a lot of people off back in the 90s, but I think that this is really a great complete album. Well done.

^^ added that back into my queue.... it has been too long - thx Edit -- Well a Thread Search says last year - but still.

yay for the volcano tour... 🌋

I really enjoy your simple overhead god's view Wes Anderson style food shots Steve...

A great half hour of chill beats way before chill beats was a thing.

Street Survivors Lynyrd Skynyrd 1977 https://album.link/i/1484692844 Example: Remembering Ronnie on the anniversary of the Lynyrd Skynyrd plane crash on this day in 1977. The album that was released three days before the crash that took 6 people's lives. I saw them once they regrouped with brother Johnny singing in 1988, along with the Rossington Collins Band at the Concord Pavilion. It was a good show, but of course not the same. Edit: Correction - SEP 27, 1987 - at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre... {Friend Richard, who has a much better memory than myself provided clues to find the actual show). Oh and here is the setlist - https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/lynyrd-skynyrd/1987/irvine-meadows-amphitheatre-irvine-ca-1bc6ddc8.html

Cheers Sir Dusty.. wishing you a purple and black Birthday.. -- Cheers

one more for the evening. Reading, Writing And Arithmetic The Sundays 1990 https://album.link/i/1440917168 Example: Just a chunk of 1990s goodness. It was very much of its time, but so am I.

Thriller Michael Jackson 1982 https://album.link/i/269572838 Example - I know that I don't need one - but just the opening production of this: Pretty good...

Plays For Bird (RVG Remaster) Sonny Rollins 1956 https://album.link/i/1443215456 < This list needs to be updated Example: I was not a big fan of the first tune, but the rest of the album made up for it spades. I don't really know why, may be the first track was a little bit too much in your face. 4 tracks for 52 min.. Some killer tunes before the magic 1959.

Americana, Vol. 2 JD Allen 2022 https://album.link/i/1633349120 Example: I feel bad that I didn't start with Volume 1 of Americana. Anyway a very good Jazz/Blues Album with lots of flavors and styles on display. This made it into my queue last year, and as we know I am way behind. But happy to discover gems like this in the mix. Need to explore JD a little more, I like the style and this one is recorded well.

Ha, welcome to the uncontained family. I've been watching Spenser and Mac for about 5 years now ever since they first connected the two containers. Pretty amazing journey, and I learned a lot. I have enjoyed 'Michygoss' {Canadian} and the earlier videos from 'Cajun Country Livin'' {they must have gotten a marketing team this year}. Ed: I was using vv this thread for non-traditional things that I watch. But serial YT is pretty close to TV...

Country Airs: The Original Version (Expanded Edition) Rick Wakeman 1986 https://album.link/i/1508393470 Example: I remember back in the 80s I was into Rick Wakeman (still am) and into New Age Music (kinda still am), and this album came out. It really showed his composition style and is ornamentation of cords and themes. Still really enjoyable as a Sunday morning listen. He has over 90 solo albums, so I don't think I will be doing a Discography run anytime soon.
