Nah, my CP is all set properly. Notifications from H-F come sporadically at best. Oddly, PMs always get notified, regular threads are very hit and miss. In fact, not a single one today despite the fact I know there are plenty of replies in threads over there. Who knows... itth a mythtery as Sinead would thay.

My drive has a USB interface, is there any way to plug this into a USB DAC and expect it to do anything? I know, wishful thinking on my part

How do you go about rigging a cdrom drive to output an audio signal that can be fed to a standard audio device like a DAC? Is there some wee kit to do that too?
