    Went completely different for Thanksgiving for myself and a friend this year. Sous Vide T-bones finished off on a 600 degree grill with mushrooms and oven baked sweet potatoes w/ shallots, bacon, fennel pollen, garlic and thyme. With a little dessert of what i call Cake Soup: angel food cake, rasberry sorbet, rasberries, blueberries and whip cream and a blueberry pie. Had to have Diet Dr. Pepper to start as the wine was still too cold as i forgot to take it out of the fridge. Now i need to take my second trip to the gym today.

    Sort of a ghost town at C&C this morning. Just posting this one due to the excellent parking job of the driving instructor that was there to sell us $50k memberships to the new private race track being built south of DC. He was not backing into the space. This is how he decided to park his Nismo Z I call this one the Brent car because every time I see it pull up I expect to see Brent get out of it for some reason. .     I like it CJ. I don't think I ever bothered posting any of my Ireland Pics. The RX-1 is an excellent travel camera. Tempted to pick up the new version ASAP.

    Yeah I was just telling Dan that I really do not have any reason to have two slow, but sometimes fun cars. I should dump the S4 and get something actually fast. Some late night shots of the work.

    After the drive home I can say that the XT is finally where it should be as the sportier version go the Forester. Swift Springs ride smoother on regular road than the stock springs and the dual stage springs really kick in on the curves. Did the corkscrew exit twice on the way home. Once the tires are replaced with something non-awful this thing will be a really fun drive that can also haul all my stuff.

    Finally starting to get the Forester XT (STI) where I want it. STI Swift Springs, STI Steering Wheel and Nameless Performance exhaust. Drives soooooo much better now.
