  1. Something like that.
  2. I was just trying to remember who did that. I’ve been wearing a cowboy hat and my mask, and explaining myself thusly: you know, in the days of the Wild West, cowboys used to wear bandannas to keep dust and bugs out of their mouths...well, this is just a high tech version of the same thing—only it’s for pollution and allergens. I’m a Space Cowboy...bet you weren’t ready for that...

Criterion sale is back at Barnes and Nobles.
  4. Your poltergeist laughs at being called an Eldritch god, but then she hasn’t read much H.P. Lovecraft.
  5. That’s a real band, by the way. ‘T’s’why I posted it here and not in slow forum. I hadn’t seen this before:
  6. Check out @WhySharksMatter’s Tweet: https://twitter.com/WhySharksMatter/status/1072908524286435328?s=09
  7. Shepherd’s pie again
  8. They lost me at "Jack Sparrow impersonator"... https://people.com/human-interest/woman-who-married-300-year-old-pirate-ghost-announces-marriage-is-over/?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=social-share-article&utm_content=20181214
  9. Quite. I have a friend that thinks Baker Street is one of the GREATEST SONGS EVAR and I have to admit, it is perfect (I wouldn't change a thing about it), but I recently went back and revisited the entire album, and Right Down The Line is pretty perfect, too. I still think those are by far the strongest two tracks off the album. Me: I think Eutow might be my favourite track off the album.
  10. It's an American staple. You might as well ask if we are "of a certain age". I was kind of young, then. I stopped watching when they got experimental (no laugh track, etc. -- last season, I believe). Nowadays, I would probably embrace it and applaud them. I must trust your judgement, as I never even tried the dub (and I usually do -- Buffy (the series) in Spanish is entertaining as all get-out -- even though I don't know an ounce of Spanish -- and there are several anime that are made to be watched both ways (Ghost in the Shell: Innocence is a slog with subtitles, as you spend most of the time reading, and a whimsical philosophical diatribe when watching the dub -- I.E. the dub is much more worthy of a watch).
  11. There's a pair of headphones microphone in that picture? which is to say...(takes viagra...waits half an hour...fap fap fap)...
  12. (goes down rabbit hole of Cars videos, including interviews) Damn, I think everyone in the band had a mullet. Also, they were really good. Listen to the bass in this one. And that instrumental break at the end. So good.
  13. I'm-a gonna have to get that, too. Both of them, ackshully. I only have Anniemal, but I revisit it every time Robyn puts out an album, because someone once told me that I would like Robyn, too, but every time Robyn put out an album, I go back and listen to Anniemal, and think, "no, not really, Annie's better". I think I lost track somewhere before she put out Don't Stop. Looks like she put out quite a few EPs and singles along the way, according to discogs. https://www.discogs.com/artist/14923-Annie
  14. Is that the same Annie of Anniemal fame (Chewing Gum, etc.)? EDIT: Oh yeah, look at that, it is.
