OMG, that was awesome. I mean, they totally glorified the whole recording process, but still very enjoyable. (I just don't know how to get across just how repetitive recording can be. That's why I believe a musician has to really enjoy one's own music, since they (/we) have to hear it so many times.) Also: great song. I wish they would sing in harmony more often, that was neck-hair-raisingly beautiful. But really, the whole song is just great.

I may just have to do that -- practically no-one has anything but Rose's, even if they carry Stirrings. I found exactly one other grenadine, but the first ingredient listed was "high fructose corn syrup", so I passed.

It is my understanding that the position is, indeed, open. I took my mom to the hospital -- nothing major, planned follow-up visit, all appears to be going well (her eyes are pointing more or less in the same direction as they had been at the previous follow-up, which is exactly what we were (ahem) LOOKing for). Just finished reading a couple technical papers. Now I feel cross-eyed. Cat bites not helping. Need to teach cat not to bite.
