I'll add the grateful dead 7/12/90 RFK stadium (I think that's the date, definitely the rfk summer 90 show). Rained for my whole ride up from nc (on a motorcycle), then was super hot and clear all day and for the opener, then during feels like a stranger, the clouds opened up again, and turned rfk into a fishbowl. My first dark star, my first true mindblowing experience at a concert. My first case of trenchfoot.

yah, gotta love itunes random , but I leave itunes playing continuously, I don't listen to everything that gets played. I'd skip any beatles that came up while I was paying attention.

What I appreciate about the beatles is they managed to sell a shitload of crap to a bunch of people. Then later, they wrote some ok stuff, but none of it reached the level of genius.

The volume knob is just a resistance attenuator, tho. What's the difference?

Pretty sure you'd want to attenuate the output, not the input. You want the amp to have as much to work with as possible, without overloading. Since overloading the B22 input is pretty unlikely, you'd want to do the attenuation later.
