  1. We use an insinkerator hot water dispenser. Works great plus it gets water directly from the under sink water filter.

For his age (which is pretty much Peter's age) I think the Wii games are still the best. Our old Wii no longer reads disks so rather than replace it, Peter will be getting a Wii U for Christmas. It can use the legacy Wii controllers and games. The older games don't fully use the new platform but I don't see that as a fatal flaw. Peter also loves Little Big Planet and Little Big Planet 2. Both of those are currently only available on the PS3. Take all this with a grain of salt as I am a staunch non-gamer.
  3. Shrimp and grits. Applewood smoked bacon, smoked sausage, okra and black-eyed peas in the sauce. Out. Fucking. Standing.
  4. With Mountain Lion the air is much more iPad-like and is likely to become more so with future app and OS upgrades. My air replacement will be another maxed 11" air since I just can't see anything with a much bigger footprint working for me.
  5. Converse are sneakers and inverse is cool writing.
  6. I think the air is a great choice. I have had mine for over two years with no issues. Never had another computer of any kind that I could say that about. It just works.
  7. If you own no Staxen, no bakery goods for you!
  8. Happy Birthday Todd!
  9. Happy Birthday Tom!
  10. That sounds like a wonderful time. Congrat! ^^This
  11. Those are both really nice bikes Jeff and Chris. I have become a big SRAM fan.
  12. Yeah, refurbished is your best bet. I had lots of problems with my previous Belkin and Linksys (Cisco) routers but have had only minimal problems with my Airport Extreme since then, almost all of which has been my fault.
  13. The air should be perfectly capable of running parallels. Now whether you want Windows to reside on the same disk as OSx, is another question. Windows has its very own disk on my Mac Pro, and I like it that way.
  14. Happy Birthday Gene! I got you a Tom Bihn bag ..... .... So you can use it as a target at the range.
  15. Happy Birthday Haj!
  16. I prefer the one large pocket on my air boss using smaller cases to organize. Much more flexible.
  17. Congrat on the bike Vicki. That is a real looker. Thanks for everyone's opinion on biking shoes. You absolutely convinced me that I had to try them on since there is a lot of variation in fit. Well after trying on what seems like thousands of pairs I finally bought a pair of Bontrager Race DLX. They were absolutely the most comfortable for me and they were actually one of the least expensive shoes I tried on.
  18. Actually your laptop will fit in the center compartment of the Air Boss. I just measured. You probably want some padding on the bottom or use a sleeve around it. It will still fit.
  19. Happy Birthday Bryan!
  20. I believe the goal with that set of measurements is to give independence from seat tube and top tube angles. But I could easily be wrong. Edit: Actually, independence is the wrong word. Those measurements integrate the angles into the fit measurement.
  21. I'm pretty sure the early 2009 mini can support Mountain Lion. I also agree with Dan that you want one that can run OSx 10.8.
  22. I would get a mid 2010 Mac Mini or newer. I have that one with 8gb of ram and it runs mountain lion well. Never had any glitches playing music without any of the silly things like disabling wifi and Bluetooth.
