So if you dismantle the headphones is it possible to blow/brush the dust off? Or does being a fully sealed driver make this impossible?

anybody know if dust being caught in the driver enclosure of an o2 mk1 for a period of time could damage the driver in an way?

I can't find any PCI cards that have coaxial output with a BNC female connector, and off the top of my head I can't think of any transports I've seen that have that either. I'm using a random Philips coax cable from Walmart from my EMU 0404 into my Parasound and I'm having doubts that it's up to spec, I might have to switch to AES/EBU, and see if I notice a difference

so is BNC is the only way to have spdif to spec? it's much less rare to find BNC than coaxial right? so what about other digital inputs and outputs... toslink, aes/ebu, are these way off in terms of speC?

I still like my 900ti's a lot, my 900ti's are really nice and are generally delivering sound signature and texture exactly how I would want a dynamic can to, BUT after seeing cetoole's fs ad for his ad2000 I've started up what will be an O2 rig ...It's strange how at Head-Case some of the best posts are in FS threads hahaha If only I had never heard the k340's, I wouldn't be interested in Stax at all and could be happy with these smelly little titanium bundles of goodness

But yeah, if his soap is just a basic formula than I guess it's pretty easy to make. I figured it would be more than that considering it has 18 purposes or whatever.

if you do get the hd600, I have a feeling you'll want a hybrid amp next (though I've only heard the hd650s) Jeff- the hd25-1 isn't that bad if you get over the lack of soundstage they are indeed quite indestructible

I bought a singlepower tube secondhand from someone who bought it from singlepower and had never used it and it sure doesn't sound 100%. I feel yah there. I've never bought anything directly from them, but man does Singlepower's web have a reach.
