There's a chili cookoff tomorrow at work, so I spent the last couple hours making a batch of pork chili verde to share with the masses. This was one of two pans of veggies that I roasted.

Traveling for work in Norfolk so lunch at the Handsome Biscuit. Pork shoulder, bacon, cucumber, sauce. Followed up by dinner at Le Grand Kitchen. Burger with grilled onions, pickled lettuce and cheese and carrot cake for dessert.

Double "oh shit" - I didn't even know they'd started Season 2!

Others have already said it but it can't be said enough, congratulations, travel safe, enjoy the hell out of your next adventure, and don't be a stranger when you swing through one of our neighborhoods. You can't eat at a taco stand every night, right?

Casual fan here too, but have been following the C's more this season and have watched most of the playoffs. After the epic comeback in game two last night was fantastic. Philly has to feel gutted. They literally gave the game away, twice.

Nothing (short of AC) can make up for standing directly over a motor, wearing long pants and a long-sleeve something, in the hot sun.
