Losing my ass!

Good luck with the blood pressure Nate. That sounds frustrating. Good luck with the IBS Stretch

Me: Max ever: 295 or thereabouts in 2001. 2005 (training for Olympics in sailing): 210. Up to 260. Back to 210. Up to 265. Down to 197 in Dec 2012. Now: 210. Lots of trips back to the 250-270s and down again but I put on an lose weigh really easily (or at least I find it relatively easy). At least I'm maintaining my weight pretty well with all this work stress and lack of sleep (massive stress eater) but I'd really like to be to 190 by the arrival of our second kid in May. I can easily get there if I just stick to my 1000 calorie diet but I just have not been able to force myself too. I'd really like to be flat stomached for once in my entire life but we'll see, I'm 6'5" so 190 is starting to get skinny but I currently have a pretty good paunch at 210 and did at 197 and I can see 190 not being far enough. Maybe 180.

Everyone has a different view I find them plenty technical enough for me.

Weird. I would be very very pissed if I ordered a stem and it wasn't to spec.

Raffy the stem length is measured at the center of the tube and therefore it measures longer up top. Glad it's working for you.

Nice ride Nate. I hope Jeff had a good one too. I'm hoping to get out on the road tomorrow but Saturdays are Meaghan's days so I'm on daddy duty.

I run tire liners in my Gatorskins during the winter when I don't want to deal with flats and there is salt on the roads. During the summer I've never had a problem with them. Here's hoping we can sort out some road riding trip sometime. Denver? The flights there are a breeze. The riding in San Diego was great the time I took my bike.

Thanks Jeff. Got a few other flight shots of seagulls that I probably have to work on the exposure a bit. Damn white birds.

Yup. It is actually up behind in the prism area. Not sure how it got there and doesn't affect the photos but annoying.

Shot my D200 for the first time in probably 16 months over the last two days and got some incredible (for me) flight and nature shots. Felt good to get some photography in. Will try and post later. Thinking of sending my body in for a factory level cleaning (something in the focus screen etc). I hope it's not too bad an experience.

We are half way to San Diego but I decided against taking a bike. Chill long weekend ftw.

Not sure if this is true on all Android phones: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1160452 Note that there are two different settings databases.

Oh I forgot I figured out how to turn that ATT forwarding/nagging off. I will see if I can find the link when I get home if you like. Just let me know.

You need an app? I just use the built in tether and it works great. Edit: To be clear I am rooted and I'm not paying for ATT tether.

Cool Flask Jeff. Ended up taking yesterday off as my cold gave me the finger all day. It's still giving me the finger today too.

Karma paid me back for leaving my pregnant wife to take care of our son on our anniversary: Freezing fricking cold. My tubular wheel flatted. I attempted to use Fast Air to fix it but did that wrong and made a mess. Topped it up with CO2 and rode home because I wasn't sure if I got any sealant in and if it would hold. Did the sealant again at home and made more mess. At least it seems to be holding. Here's hoping tomorrow goes better.
