Brent a 61 is almost certainly too small for me. I ride 63+ in everything. Oh and I'm not buying anymore bike stuff until I have more time to ride. Which the government is probably going to provide in short order.

man that's a roaring deal. I really want to buy one even though I have no use for it. PC with attached drobo acts as server and backed up to BackBlaze.

Happy for you CJ. I hope things keep going great.

I have had the opposite experience of Jeff. My Sidi are massively more comfortable than my Specialized shoes but that is because my foot is narrow for it's length. That said Specialized are good for the price especially in the low end.

I will likely take the plunge. Would rather white but the limited edition appears to be black.

Nice ride Nate. I rode my bike for the first time in weeks but in the bike shed on the computrainer. Have to get into doing that more until the furloughs start and I can get rides in during daylight hours. I'm sort of hoping that they happen. Which may mean they don't.

Congrats Brent! I think your back will likely prefer the road.

And now what did you do TODAY?
Got up and went down to meet the guy dropping the boat off. Safely back in the water. Also found out that the guys had managed to remove the giant clump of vine at the house: It's going to be a great summer. Also installed the radio thermostats at home which was relatively painless. No more forgetting to set it to away.

Vicky, 7% is pretty steep. I'd keep working at 3-5% for a long time and that will gradually build up strength. It's going to take time but my recommendation is the go at the lower steepness and as the time wears on you'll end up working hard too but with a lot less stress on your joints.

And now what did you do TODAY?
Not saying it is it but if they can't figure it out I know someone who was dificient in some protein/etc that was to do with sensing how much oxygen was in her blood so whenever she exercised her body thought she was drowning and stopped her from breathing. It was a real medical mystery and took almost 2 years to figure out and another year to recover. Hope it isn't that.

Enjoy. We're going down to the lake house to do yard work and hang out down there. I may take my bike but I don't think I will as chances are very small I will have time to use it.

Losing my ass!
Thanks guys for the stories and inspriation. I've finally gotten off my duff and I'm losing weight again. The timing is good too because this years kit from the cycling team is cut very small.
