What are you listening to Part the Third
It's just a matter of preference. I'd like to know more about your view of "best resolution", because I like hearing everything into the mix, but I dislike that sense of artificial resolution which at times is produced by excessive low-mid treble.

And now what did you do TODAY?
Happy anniversary, John!

What are you EATING right now?
That more than squid (calamar) looks like "sepia" but I don't know the exact word to translate it into English. Sepia has a more delicate taste and softer flesh.

The sad part is right that, the amount of stupidity, douchebaggery or whatever not nice that one needs to project his ego into his damn fucking car.- The merits of upsampling
Thank you very much, rdrayer I'm going to try it right away. It worked like a charm and seemed to include the tags without my intervention. This DSD thing sounds awesome, probably the mastering, yet..- The merits of upsampling
I'm going to try to extract the DiFF files from an iso. Should i use the Philips DSDIFF output or the DSDIFF Edit master? Yet another one, do iso files always contain DSD stream or sometimes it could be DST? Were this the case, any way to know? Is it necessary to convert the DST into DSD before creating the DFF or DSF files? I'm too old for this shit, I think that's why I decided to stay with iso files hahaha.- The merits of upsampling
Hehehe I'd firstly need to comprehend the difference between dsf and dff files which could be relevant to my interests. I'm using Audirvana (the older version without the fancy iTunes-like GUI) to play the .iso files. Thanks for your input, rdreyer- The merits of upsampling
Thanks, Tyler. If it doesn't play them, what procedure would you recommend to extract the dsf files from the .iso on a Mac? I've tried some command line thing I found, but it ended up being too tedious for the disk space savings.- The merits of upsampling
It looks interesting. Does it support .iso SACD rips?- The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post
Thanks, Dusty. I had watched it somewhere else. I expected her coming naked after passing throughout the eye.- Sorry wrong section
Problem solved- The Knuckledragger 3rd Memorial Slow Forum Post
It says "this video is private" and won't show. Alternatives?- RIP someone or another
RIP Gene. Definitely 2016 sucks big big time.- Whisk[e]y-Case
We could start a thread with that motto: "the Schiit Whiskey of your dreams (under 150 bucks)" then we tell ours. Not sure what would be mine, no experience with that many whiskeys, maybe Lagavulin.- What are you listening to Part the Third
