boomana
Got in 21 miles. Bike does not disappoint. The weather, however, does.
Dreadhead
Cool Vicki. I got in just about the same out of work (31km). The live tracking app seems to work well too and doesn't use much battery doing updates every 2 minutes. May increase it to 5 minutes. Nebby
Which app did you end up using?
Emooze
Picked up my bike today. Put in 15 miles. It was a little harsh for a guy who's hasn't ridden in a few years.

Emooze
Thanks Vicki though your bike looks wayyyyyy better. On my ride, I found out my saddle was not properly tightened down when it shifted back and down on me suddenly. Had to ride a few more miles to find my savior, a bike police man who happened to have a toolkit in one of his pouches. Ohio is pretty awesome for cycling. Dreadhead
Decided against a new bike for now.The Giant TCR Advanced SL will become my ride from work bike. It is totally crazy to have a bike that nice as a commuter/rain bike but I can't sell it for much more than the CAAD 10 4 Rival bike would cost me so why not. The Zipp 404 wheels should move to the Calfee but I just can't seem to bring myself to take off the Mad Fibers.
boomana
Took the bike back to Tune today for final touches and tweaks. I'm happy to say that right now, I wouldn't change a thing.
Dreadhead
Enjoy it Vicki. That new bike feeling when stuff just clicks is awesome.

I like to think I have a nice bike and I ride it in the rain and any condition for that matter all the time. Personally I try to take good care of my gear but I don't hold anything out just because it's rainy or shitty out. What's the use of having a nice bike if you'll only take it out in nice conditions? Dreadhead
When it was my only bike it got ridden all winter. My point was that it is sort of sad to make a thoroughbred be a pack horse but on sunny days the Calfee is the ride of choice.
raffy
Better a thoroughbred be a pack horse than stay unused in the stable right?

Dreadhead
Nemesis hoops are sexy. I don't think that the hub is 11 speed compatible though.

parris
MMMMmmmmmm Sew ups ! I've still got 2 pairs of sew up wheels built up from back in the day. I've been thinking of swapping out the old f/w hub on one pair for a 10 sp hub so I'd have a set to use on the other bikes. boomana
^ I think we all would! So, I just got in. I've been riding around since 9:30 this morning, taking a few breaks for lunch and visiting the shop to get my garmin issues resolved. I'm tired, sunburned and very happy.
