What's in da baaaahhhhhxxxxx? Some parts. Darker blue than we thought. Happiest kid in the world in this moment. **BRENT**

  • Liked the Turbo Vado Super Light so much, I bought another one in Michigan. Same silver and black. We couldn't find Claire an SL in Northern Michigan or online so we got her the  regular Turbo Vado 5.

  • I bought an e-bike. Specialized Turbo Vado 5.0 Super Light 2022 edition. Claire got a 4.0 step-through.

Makes me want to dust off the MTB.

I'll probably stick with the Niner.

That's gotta be fake.....$1k for a current model frame that's $5,300 new? Them Chinese make a lot of fake Pinarellos from what I hear.

Yeah, it has to be fake, but he still needs one.  My shop has one with DA Di2 for only 13.5k in his size.

Went for a 6 mile ride with my oldest.  He hadn't been doing anything since hockey season ended, so he was looking to ride with me to help get back in shape.  3 miles up and 3 down was almost exactly his limit.  So we're gonna ride more often.

Did it on the mountain bike, average heart rate of 135.  Decided I need a new bottom bracket for my bike, but I have absolutely no idea what my 25 year old mountain bike takes.  I'll have to see if I can find out.

I knew there was some company that I read about with a new bike that Dan should buy. That's pretty sweet. When you picking it up, Dan? 105 or Rival build?

**BRENT**

So Dan and Chris have schedule conflicts and I think Ben is in Cali but Justin and I are talking about doing the 40 mile ride tomorrow. Juan, you around?
looks like barf tastic fun

For the Nishiki posted a few pages back?

The bike in the picture you posted appears to have a Sugino impel crankset.

A 110mm spindle length BB-UN26 or BB-UN55 would do the trick.

Nice.  It is like we are a cycling shop here.

Also a previously scheduled ride: the Beach Dr loop at 8 am tomorrow with a buddy.

I guess we need to recruit more DC area HC Cycling Team members so we always have a team presence at these things.

I'm not sure if anyone except Mike and I were watching the past 3 weeks but I gotta say: the 2013 Vuelta a Espana is the best race of 2013!  The Giro and TdF were nothing compared to the Vuelta.

Would have liked to watch it but it is not available on Fios.

Never made it out for a ride at all today.  I guess I need to head to the gym.
