February 2, 201412 yr Picked up the package of all the videos from sufferfest. It was $160, so $10 each.
February 2, 201412 yr I have some old spinerval videos (vhs! and dvd) and one contemporary. Anyone know how sufferfest compares to spinervals? I am of the opinion that no matter what indoor sucks. However if the new systems/base training bring integration and networking, that is a huge motivator in my experience.
February 2, 201412 yr Sufferfest is more entertaining than Spinervals in my experience. I did the buy everything last year for Sufferfest but I think that they put out a few videos since.

February 2, 201412 yr May have to give sufferfest a try then Went for a very salty 25 miles today. Spent 30 mins getting all the crud out of the bike! Oiling the chain, cleaning cassette, hubs etc. Even my water was tasting salty after a while thee hee. Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk 2
February 2, 201412 yr I did 20 miles. I guess I should have checked over my bike a bit after. Didn't seem that salty. New Mad Fiber clinchers ride great and the new style rear has pretty awesome lateral stiffness it seems. Edited February 2, 201412 yr by Dreadhead
February 2, 201412 yr I was all set to go out for a little blast around town and then it started raining. Mid-season I'd say eff it and go, February, not so much.
February 2, 201412 yr I *Finally* got my new Dynamo-hub built into a wheel, and I rode most of the way home from Brooklyn today.
February 3, 201412 yr Did 27 miles today, it was quite nice and warm today! I didn't check the bike after the ride, but it didn't look too bad; I rode mostly on the trail though.
February 3, 201412 yr Since I don't care about football I went down to the basement and lubed the chain just in case and did a bit of wiping down but it really wasn't bad at all.
February 3, 201412 yr Since I don't care about football I went down to the basement and lubed the chain just in case and did a bit of wiping down but it really wasn't bad at all. There was a lot of water (snow melt on the rd hillsides) on the road down on beach and the way up to the parking lot near military road. That's a magnet for gunk. By the way I should have stopped to take a few shots of the stream in rock creek. Chunks of ice enclustered everywhere in the stream. Beautiful! February 5, 201412 yr Damn, the more I read about the Wahoo Kickr, the more I want one. At the same time, I can get a Stages Power meter for a few hundred less that I can actually use out on the road.......

February 7, 201412 yr My LBS is advertising 40% off on in stock CAAD10s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
February 7, 201412 yr I bought my 2013 in september and they had almost nothing so i think 2014s -- unless they bought up a bunch of cannondale's 2013 closeouts and then never sold them https://www.facebook.com/pages/Bike-Factory-of-Charlottesville/186313419274 so dealer price is probably 50% of retail, and they probably just want to get rid of them and order fresh inventory. probably really weak sales this winter with the cold Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited February 7, 201412 yr by justin
February 8, 201412 yr The only thing that kept me going on the 2x 30 mile rides i did solo was the need to get back to my car Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
February 8, 201412 yr what's a good Trainer Road ride to do that isnt too long or difficult? between soccer and the first two sufferlandria rides my legs just need a break
February 8, 201412 yr Fin, it's not easy but not ball busting hard like Sufferfests. If you want something with no threshold work, try Pettit.
