July 7, 201015 yr I'd be happy to meet y'all in Annapolis for a crab feast. Believe it or not, September and even into October is the best time. Just don't pick the one weekend when I'm out of town.
July 8, 201015 yr Grilling some salmon on cedar planks. Also grilled some fennel, radichio and Belgian endive for a salad. A little olive oil, balsamic and fresh lemon juice dressing and we should be good to go.
July 9, 201015 yr oooh, i bet that'll be good, just don't overcook! Did not overcook, though both of us like it done throughout. Very moist and tender and excellent flavor. The salad was good but I grilled the fennel in too large of pieces. It needed to cook more thoroughly to sweeten up more. But for a first try, not bad at all. Debbie loved both.
