This isn't a sentence you ever expect to come out of a gay man's mouth, but I'm eatin' Dolly Parton's biscuits, and they're damn tasty!

In Vik, Iceland.  Stopped at Black Crust Pizza and had….Black Crust Pizza!  It’s not burnt….that’s the color and it was decent tasting.  

Karen agreed it was very good, but not NY (or CT?) good.  Glad we went

My Closing Statement.

Wednesdays is now 2 for 1 chicken and waffles at Hummingbird,  so a coworker and I split.

Kicked it up a different notch with Beef -N- Waffles for brunch today. Brisket and poached egg with hollandaise, greens, pea shoots and fried scallions on top of a garden herb waffle.

That looks a lot better than the camp food I got on my recent NM trip.

On the plus side, I highly recommend Romo's Restaurant in Holbrook, AZ.  It served the best Mexican food I've had this millennium.
