On the other, my movie-watching buddies will probably watch it, and I'll probably capitulate and watch it with them. Maybe. I know the vast majority of book-based movies are at best "loosely tied" to the original, but in this specific case, I thought the adaptation was very poorly done. To be honest, I find Ludlum pretty dry, and while I found the story in the books to be interesting, I did find entire sections to be a bit of a struggle to fight through.
