You will just need to follow the link to set up an ESPN account if you do not already have one and then accept your team. At that point you can customize however you want. How does the online draft work- is it each person has X amount of time to make a pick before going to the next person? Salt Peanuts Posted August 2, 2010 Report Share Posted August 2, 2010 120 seconds per pick. If you don't pick in time, it'll autopick according to your player ranking (or at least it did last year). I looked at it earlier today and they now have section where you can setup your autopick "strategy" customize the way autopick happens. However, this year I have activated pick trades so you can move up/down as needed if you really have to have a player.
