I had the impressions done today at EiH on George Street.

The customer service is very good and Gerry (the owner and the one you want to see) is a great guy =]

They'll redo the impressions for free if there are problems.

If everything goes smoothly when I get the 13's I can safely give them a thumbs up on all accounts.

well i ordered my jh13's yesterday and was supposed to get my impressions done today but i'm sick, so i had to reschedule with the audiologist to next week. more waiting for me i guess.

Just received my JH13's today. Listening to them using my iPod as I type this - damn, they sound good.

Damn, that was fast. How long did the whole process (from audiologist to your door) take?

It took 10 calendar days from the date they received my earmolds, and there was a little delay on mine since my bank thought it was a fraudulent charge when they tried to charge my debit card.

EDIT - FYI, I used 2-day shipping.

Yep, they're comfy and the seal is good. I've tried to loosen them by opening and contorting my mouth, and they've stayed put just fine.

Hey, at least now he know they can do a good orange. I was slightly worried about it since there were no pictures of their IEM in orange after they implemented the new color swatches (and stopped offering custom color option).
