The customer service is very good and Gerry (the owner and the one you want to see) is a great guy =] They'll redo the impressions for free if there are problems. If everything goes smoothly when I get the 13's I can safely give them a thumbs up on all accounts.

October 24, 200916 yr It took 10 calendar days from the date they received my earmolds, and there was a little delay on mine since my bank thought it was a fraudulent charge when they tried to charge my debit card. EDIT - FYI, I used 2-day shipping.

I was slightly worried about it since there were no pictures of their IEM in orange after they implemented the new color swatches (and stopped offering custom color option).
