Yeah I'm also seeing the problem with loading big threads on tapatalk. It will load 9 or so posts of the stax thread and doesn't give a button to load more posts. So hopefully it gets improved because otherwise it is a nice app.

work ok on my TP2 but it seems to not auto fit the screen, is this happening to you as well?

fyi the issues with big threads on tapatalk are supposed to be fixed now.

it doesn't say there's an update for me, and big threads are still a problem. I use it for pm and smaller threads tho, and just switch to the browser for the big ones.

Been using tapatalk here as well and it's been working well for me.

EDIT - One odd behavior I've noticed is that posts I've made from tapatalk doesn't show up as "Last Post" when you go to the main forums page. For example, Dan's post above is showing up as the "Last Post" for the "Suggestions" sub-forum even though my post here was made after his.

That's because Dan always has to have the last word!

It probably just needs refreshing, and there probably is no way to force it to do so.

any way to increase the size of the page numbers on the mobile theme? maybe make it ---1---2---3---...

Can I ask that the Go-to-last-post button be added into the mobile theme? If there isn't someone good at editing VB themes, I can work out how to do it on another forum I run and pass along the info.

Hmmm. I see a link that says "View all subscribed threads". It looks like the one in the full size version. When I follow it, I get the same list of subscribed threads - which is all of them as best I can tell - and the same option "View all subscribed threads". Click the link again and the same list is returned. This with Opera on a Windows Mobile 6.1 device. Stand by. I'll try Internet Exploder and see how it behaves.

for those of you using tapatalk, it's up to version 1.3 now and i've installed the latest version of the server side software for it.

Edit: You're right. It can't deal with truly epic threads on the "What Are You Listening To" scale, but lesser large ones like "What Did You Do Today" etc. seem fine.

They've made some nice UI changes over the last few updates, but it still can't handle the big threads. A real pity.

There's a trick, and then it works. If you hit a thread it gets forgetful on, back out, hit refresh, then you can enter and read the end of the thread.

i updated the server-side plugin this morning, it was a couple versions behind.

fyi there's also a version of tapatalk available for android. it's currently in beta you can find it in the android market by searching for tapatalk

TapaTalk seems to be working pretty much perfectly now after the last update.
