Post-pub nosh deathmatch: Bauernfrühstück v bacon sarnie

The comments show just how much passion a simple bacon sarnie can generate!

I'd read a different method for sarnies but it looks like I'm wrong. Our method has been:

1. Fry bacon

2. Put fried bacon on one slice of bread.

3. Put brown sauce on second slice of bread.

4. Put second slice of bread, brown sauce down, into hot bacon grease. Fry for just a few seconds.

5. Assemble sarnie and eat.
