I will put on my mono Time Further Out later. I watched him play on an awards ceremony a couple of years ago. He still had it.

Funny story. Back when I was a music major, Roy Burns was a guest artist (drummer) at a jazz show. Talked with him a bit, and he related this story:

One night, he was playing a gig with Dave Brubeck. After the gig, Dave asked him "Roy... how come you quit playing your bass drum on such and such tune?" Roy replied "You were doing such a good job with your foot, I didn't feel I needed to!"
