About to make the lazy man's margarita:

2oz Rose's Lime Juice

2oz Pure Water (to cut the sweetness)

1.5oz tequila

1oz Gran Gala

Not as good as real lime juice but still quite good a way less work for a tired old man.

rum, lime juice, and bitters

Had a small pre-dinner Manhattan Martini with my new bottle of Blackwood's gin! Thanks Jim, it is ever so tasty!

Hotel Georgia Cocktail

2oz Old Raj gin

1oz Small Hand Foods Orgeat Syrup

.5oz lemon juice

10 drops orange flower water

1 egg white

orange twist for garnish

Dry shake liquid ingredients for 10-15 seconds, then shake with ice for another 10-15 seconds. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add twist and consume.

Very tasty even though I overdid the orange flower water without a dropper. Kind of like an Orangecicle. In a good way.
