This is pretty much the original version and mix of the album - without the overdubbing and orchestration and extras added. -- Much more of a rock album. I really have to try to listen to it with new ears. Forget what I know and hear what is there, not what isn't. The example is such a Jam.. That was always my other favourite track on the album. I was so smitten with that (as a B-side), I learned that riff on the piano when I was still collecting singles and not albums. Me: I can listen to music again! Anyway, it sounded fantastic and a great version of the band and songs. I did a little more research and it was a BBC Radio broadcast. That led me to The Archive and happiness. When CDs first came out there were a few CDs packs (two LPs in one CD purchase!). So Brothers And Sisters by The Allman Brothers Band (1973) https://album.link/i/1455534876 Example: I started out this album a little disappointed with the opening track. Not bad, just not much there. Then it rolled into Ramblin' Man which I always liked, but it is a good tune, not a great one for me. From there on the album just keeps building on itself, by the time that I got to the 7.5 minute version of Jessica (above), I was all in. With the lovely coda of Pony Boy at the end.
