  6. Totally. @cetoole has a 1030 with the Varia. Went R+L at first, but later went with the camera version. Definitely nice to have! Congrat again; that's so hot. Oh, how was the commute?

  8. Congrats to the OKC Thunder, but I think basketball fans all over the world feel like we got robbed. One of the more magical Cinderella-type runs the NBA has ever seen ended in tradgedy. Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana's best player, went down with an achilles injury 7 mintues in to the game. The Pacers did their best to fight, but without their star it felt like Indy eventually wore down. That injury is one of the worst in sports and likely will cost Haliburton the entire upcoming season. The post game mood on all the shows I watch is totally dour.

  11. RIP P. Adams Sitney, film scholar of the Avant-Garde “There’s in the art world in America now a deep hatred of the idea of originality and inspiration, a deep hatred of revelation,” he said in 2015. “There’s some ridiculous notion that art can be democratic. Art is the least democratic of all things!” https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/25/movies/p-adams-sitney-dead.html?unlocked_article_code=1.SE8.tPES.7HF2tsiog1ch&smid=url-share

  12. RIP Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, an innocent bystander shot and killed while peacekeepers were pursuing someone with an AR-15, at the No Kings rally in Salt Lake City. He was a beloved member of the community, and "dressed" some pretty famous people in the style of his Pacific Islander culture. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/asian-america/man-killed-no-kings-protest-salt-lake-city-designer-ah-loo-rcna213296?utm_source=firefox-newtab-en-us
