I have an audio itch that needs scratching! So I have been looking for an inexpensive balanced DAC with a balanced amp built in. I found the Audio-GD for $500 plus $71 S&H and although most may have not listened to this unit I would appreciate if "on paper" the claims by Audio-GD are sound and make sense. http://www.audio-gd....1/NFB10.1EN.htm If you all have a potentially better alternative I would appreciate hearing about it. Cost is a major issue, I would "feed the monkey" by selling a few items. Thanks.

I took my K1000 out (have not listened to them for a month or so) and currently listening to Joe Pass and boy is this fun and just pure pleasure.

I feel as you do and why I had a K701 re-cabled by Alex. Kept that combo one for about 4 years.

Made it to the range w/ a new to me Glock 19 and a S&W 640. It has been a long time since I had been so did not shoo so well, at least I hit the target.

Had to look up the meaning of "lecher", sadly I resemble it! Of course I will deny it.

Went out for a walk, glad I did the weather was quite nice at 68 F and then went for some cuban "cafe con leche" with a "guayaba" pastry. All in all a nice way to start the day.

Hi Justin, since I am a member of Graham's forum and like his amps I once asked him and he stated no just the way Sennheiser UK chose to show their cans. Fireball, we all hear differently and your best bet would be to listen to some of the amps you are interested using your HD650. I have owned the X-Can (original), X-Can V2, and X-Can V3 all stock and modified by Mike (Pinkfloyd) of Rock Grotto. My favorite was the X-Can V2, it is not the most accurate amp but it gets my foot tapping to the music. Good luck on your search, it is a big part of the fun.

Late to the game but the iBasso D4 w/ a TopKit from Ron sounds mighty nice and it does have a line out. I have not tried the Pico DAC so I can not comment.
