Actually the intial plan was sell my sources get the apl denon and then move the stax rig down into the same room as the speaker rig. But of course there turned out to not be enough room, so I needed a 2nd source again. The modwright should get here by the end of the week.

Logitech hasn't manage to screw up anything with SlimDevices yet so as long as they handle this purchase in a similar manner it should work out well in the end for UE. Bigger R&D budget and greater economies of scale and access to Logitech's distribution channels.

There really aren't all that many sacd players around, not counting the universal players most of which don't have digital inputs. You'll have a very hard time finding a sacd capable player that also has digital inputs in the $1k range.
