So I'm going to be borrowing a Sonic Frontiers Linestage 2 from a friend. We'll see how it goes.
  3. Why not stop by his place with your cousin and have a listen? Or go to the local audio shop?

RE the room with all the anime stuff... What I'd give to just bump into one of his walls and known over all of the figurines...

Anyone have any experience with the Krell KRC-3 or Pass Labs X-1? The KRC-3 falls into my budget, but I have this itch to get a X-1 and with CNY coming up soon, I might be able to stretch my budget a bit.
  7. $7500 in whip-it's can make alot of people gooooooooooooooooo.
  8. I'd do $7500 worth of whip-its.
  9. Flickr is cheap, it's like $25 a year. =T
  10. The NSR is a sweet sweet bike. One big change if you got a sport bike would be the weight difference from the Katana. The Kat is one heavy bike.

I agree that speakers are the most important. There are just certain aspects that make me go blah when I listen. Until I move out, I don't have enough room between my sitting position and the speakers themselves. That's the biggest problem, but that's not the fault of the speakers. The only real fault of the speakers is that I'd like a bit more bottom end, but I knew that before I purchased them. I need to try a different preamp to see if that's the source of my woes. I think it is, but shouldn't impulsively buy a pre without knowing for sure that's my problem.
  12. CBR 600RR. I love that bike. Of all bikes, the only one I know I'll never own is an R6/R1. I've never had that much wrist pain in my life (I rode a R6 for 5 blocks and couldn't take it anymore).

What's your take on Melos preamps? I've always wanted a Melos SHA-Gold for some reason.
  14. I got great recommendations from a few forum members to purchase those for Blackmore (after knowing his taste in music). Many members recommended The Bad Plus for you. =]
  15. Last episode of Charmed season 4. Taking a break from charmed again to watch Eli Stone.
  16. The LS9 has a remote option right?
  17. I've been reading comics, but on Windows, so I use CDisplay.
  18. You should be receiving it very soon. I still haven't had time to listen to it, but I will next week. =T
  19. That sucks.
  20. I thought the 80Gb was partially compatible with PS2 games.

    He looks so soft!
  22. I enjoy fighting games, but haven't played one since college (dorming was pretty ridiculous when we had fighting games. Soul Caliber 2 was crazy. 24 hours a day, there were people waiting to play in my suite). A friend made joysticks for us that were compatible with our PS2 as well as MAME, so we played ALOT.

I went to the Jay Chou concert this past Sunday. It was pretty good.
