Picked one up for the hell of it. Looks like it could be somewhat useful, lol.
  2. Agree with Nate. If Mikhail doesn't fix this, then you can count another in for cash.
  3. I had those way back in JHS. Bought them on sale from CA for $100. They weren't bad at all, but I had very different standards than now, so I don't have much input. I had a friend buy a pair too, and we eventually merged them into a 4.2 setup.
  4. I have a pair of Pk1's and had a pair of Pk2's (lost them). It's been awhile and recently, a rattle started in my right earbud (I think from putting them in my bag and commuting home everyday) and Fang told me to just mail them to him and he'll mail me new ones. Good customer service. I'd recommend Pk2's or Altec Lansing im716's (what I use during the commute to drown out the noise).
  5. If you can socket the parts that control gain, can't you put a switch there to toggle between a gain of lets say, 2 and 5 (I think 5 is the common number people use)?
  6. Eli Stone Season 1 Episode 2.

Mos Def is awesome. Debating on taking my friends offer to see Metallica next weekend. Metallica or Super Bowl...
  8. Volume != equal to drive. You have to factor in how it controls the sound. Most amps can give you adequate volume or even nose bleed volumes, but not all can take a hold of the bass and keep it tight with slam, keep the high frequencies from sounding shrill, etc..
  9. But how much better is the M3 than a B22? Are the differences negligable? Are the differences in numbers just on paper that doesn't translate to real world application?
  10. Indeed, dinner was very good. So will tomorrow's. Sister's coming home so it's another feast! Heh. I don't know if you're joking or not. =T Just have to clean everything before the new year I know how you feel. Things just moved...
  11. Cleaned room, then the rest of the house. Damn Chinese people and their superstitions.
  12. Where are the measurements? I browsed both projects and the only measurements I found were in specifications, and I don't understand them.
  13. Any reason why?
  14. What do you guys think of a B22 as headphone duty and preamp duty? How do you think feel about a B22 as a preamp? Is it a bad idea?
  15. Had lunch with sold old friends, hit the gym and worked out shoulders, getting ready to go to a bar for 2 friend's birthdays.
  16. Lost episode 2 from Thursday.
  17. $10 shipping is rather high for such small items ain't it?

Canon 100mm f2.8 Macro for $318. Good price.
  19. Peanut M&M's.
  20. Indeed it was. I ended up getting a friend to touch it up a bit on photoshop and printed 2 of the images 36"x24". Turned out pretty decently.
  21. What's up dude! I still remember going to your place for your help with some photography. =] It's been a long time since then.

But that's MSRP. I think the DX-1000's MSRP was 100,000 yen.
  23. I wouldn't mind getting a pair for work.
  24. Went to work. =[
