I ran out of time to post in the libations thread (what was I thinking?) Wait, there is more food. I missed taking pictures of a couple of courses due to the hot patrons stopping by to look at the wine or something. All the dishes paired really well with the earthy Cabs.

Technology glitch with posting pictures. Will post update after fencing practice. 1995 Diamond Creek Red Rock Terrace, 1990 Cardinale Meritage, and 2013 Harrington Carignane. All were delicious but the Carignane was surprisingly yummy. I never would have thought this blending grape would do so well standing on it's own. Truly Sir Stretch worthy.

Had another wine dinner tonight and were lucky enough to score a six course off menue Colin level wine pairing dinner.

Belated Happy Birthday! Sorry I am late but I was out of town, out of internet and out of my mind.

Is the cement retaining wall for El Nino preparation or just an outstanding project? We are replacing a part of our roof just in case the 100 year flood does come our way.
