Congrats, Tyll! Be safe out there on the road!

Happy birthday!

They don't have statues of Kevin and Birgir in the lobby!? This is an outrage!

Have a wonderful birthday, Shelly!

This was masterfully done. Great story, great combat, great setting. I can't wait for the sequel!

The C's have played with a heck of a lot of heart. I usually hate the Boston sports teams above all others, but between Al Horford, Jayson Tatum, Brad Stevens and co. this bunch is hard to root against. That being said, watching his majesty, King James I crush the hopes and dreams of his foes has been an absolute joy this year. He is playing at a level few players in the history of the game have reached this post season. He is in peak-Jordan form.

Happy birthday!

Speaking of ear-worms...

Hail to the King, baby!

Patsy Cline - Greatest Hits Listened to this last night. I've always been a sucker for a great alto voice and Patsy sure was one of the greats. Taken from us way too soon.

Sorry for your loss, SG.

Isaac Hayes - The Spirit Of Memphis (1962-1976).

The spice must flow! The birthday must be celebrated! Have a great one, Jeffy!

Your inquiring public would love a central page with blurbs on all of your current amps!

Erbarme dich crushes my soul ever time I listen to it. Alto arias = underrated.

This is interesting: https://techcrunch.com/2018/04/05/apples-2019-imac-pro-will-be-shaped-by-workflows/ I think the author is right that the delay to 2019 for the Mac Pro may be somewhat due to the tepid reception of the iMac Pro. I don't have any sales figures from which to judge, but I have to imagine that the iMac Pro has flopped awfully hard. I don't think it was really the answer most "pros" were looking for, in that it is not modular at all and it is severely thermally constrained under load. It sounds like they've gone back to the drawing board, which would be a very good thing.

Happy birthday, Mohawk-man!

I don’t get it either. Solidly engineered products at reasonable prices. They weren’t competing in the general consumer marketplace, but their prices were too high for that. I will be sad to see them go.

RIP Oppo? https://www.oppodigital.com/farewell.aspx

It popped up in Tidal Masters. Sure... why not?

A player on the Irish WBB team hit game winners to win both the semi-final and the championship this weekend. Holy shit!

Happy birthday, Doug!

Mentally and physically exhausted after clearing out and cleaning my old apartment. There is definitely something about packing each and every one of your worldly possessions that gets the emotions going. You wonder things like "how the hell did I ever acquire so much shit?" and "how the hell did all this shit ever fit in that tiny apartment?", but it also gives and opportunity to reflect on how you got to where you are and on all the family, friends, enemies and acquaintances who have been a part of your journey along the way. In any case, time to crack the good tequila, get drunk, and sleep for at least 10-12 hours.
