I like this thread.

I use a jig, similar to what people use to drill holes in bookshelves. It's cut from stainless steel and has different diameters for through hole, tapped holes, etc. I simply do one hole by hand on either end, then screw in the jig and go down the line.

What about September?

If you want to research, Janzten (sp?) is the place I recommend. It's island-side but not Island prices. Sam's is the other place people recommend, but my experience is that Janzten is a bit better, but probably subjective. I would take some photos but it would be a bit weird I think. I think the extra material cost is included in the above guess, as I am a bit tall as you know.

If you ever decide, I can likely cover accommodations, if we plan well, as I have lots of reasons to be there. For suits, I haven't found anyone I like that isn't very expensive. I would want adjustments for life and would be picky on mills, etc. I have some inside connections but haven't pulled the trigger there yet, perhaps next time I am in Asia.

I can recommend a good person in HK for shirts. About $350 HKD each, and very good quality. Once they have details on file, they will ship. For the shirts, I would recommend someone that does a mockup / second fitting. This is an often skipped step and I think key for shirts.

Using square wires seems to help with this.

I am probably going with this, with fewer cores: http://store.netgate.com/mobile/ProductDescription.aspx?ProductId=2196 Similar and better form factor.

I have on my list a Raidho driver build. I have the tweeters and everything planned out, just messed up the cabinets and swt61 and I came up with a creative way to fix them but they are now in storage

Wives are fantastic that way, right? Watches are great too because they are clearly not "a gift for the giver" in disguise. (Though, those can be fun as well ) I surprised my wife recently with Jeff's camera and she really has enjoyed using it, part of which is due to the fact I picked it out for her.

Wait, did I miss something? Lots of posts above seem to be on my ignore list.

Perhaps if Rudistor hadn't used it in an 'stat amp your analysis might be accepted. I think it's fine, enjoy!

Well, Intel versus Cavium and Brocade (whatever the open source version is called) versus pfSense? Also, DIY could have antenna and also the LTE card slot in a single chassis. With the ERL I need two more boxes and a LTE to Ethernet thinger seems harder to find. But yeah, I like the ERL.

I have the new giant one and the new smaller one. For my next AP I won't be able to use Apple as I need an always on VPN, which I don't believe I can do. So I will probably do something DIY as I would also like my router to failover to LTE in case my (wired) internet goes down. I have done some research on DIY if anyone cares, the new Rangeley processors are nice for this application.
