I actually think the iphone plan is not that bad. I went with the cheapest one. You get unlimited data, which to me is the most important part; its crazy expensive on other plans/phones. If I don't use my minutes, they roll over, so now I've got like one million minutes. They do expire eventually, but I basically can talk all I want and never worry about going over; on the cheapest plan. I can send like 5000 text messages a month, which is way more than I need. The key is to setup automatic bill pay on the website, so you don't pay late, and don't keep track of how much money it costs. The phone is so god damed convenient. I can listen to music, order pizza for pickup, send a quick email and text message, and take a picture and upload it to the web, all on my way home from work. No one really needs the iphone; you can do it all by other means. Its just so fun to be able to do it all in one streamlined device. I bought mine when it was $200 more, (8BG model) and I still don't regret buying it. Its got me out of a few jams too. Perhaps the best feature is its camera; if I want to post something for sale, normally I'd have to hunt down my camera, but not anymore, I just whip out my phone.

Ahhhhh finally got the fucker working. I'm not sure how I managed to put the tabbed thing twice (where it says Browser/Music, then again directly below it), but I can live with that. I never enjoyed Foobar as much as iTunes when I had no album art, but now everything has changed. And the iTunes art ported over, just like Elphas said. I didnt have to make jpegs in the folders (thank god).

You know, I have never been able to get album art working in Foobar, for any version. I know I'm stupid, but this is freaking ridiculous. Does album art just simply not work with ALAC files? Can a user install a folder with functioning album art already implemented, so they don't have to install it/ code it themselves?

If they put the new trackpad & all the iphone-like sensors in the macbook and keep the same price, I'm probably getting one. The macbook pro getting it is practically a mortal lock. They'd be stupid not to implement this across the board, imo. A big advantage over everyone else.

I just watched the simpsons movie on Blu Ray and it had amazing visuals. I have a cheap ass $300 Samsung BR player I bought around christmas time. I dont know all the tech jargon, because I prefer to focus on audio most of the time, but it does what I need it to do; play movies. I think all this revision stuff is blown way out of porportion. I don't care if I cant have picture in picture 10 months from now; when I watch a flick, I dont want any other distractions. I doubt any currently-existing blu ray titles will even have these features be available when new players are out. I think its just upcoming releases. I would have got a PS3, had I not been using the 47" westy: there is a known compatibility issue with these 2 devices. So even the lauded PS3 is not without fault. I say stop worrying and just buy a player over $200. There is always something better coming out, and that will look cheep and pathetic 3 years from now. My view, feel free to disagree

Dusty, The Jerrys is on the same side of the street as the McDonalds, 2 stores down. It goes Freestate, abandoned used car lot (abandoned about 1 yr ago, best guess) Jerrys, Tonys repair shop, McDonalds, 7-11, Bedding Barn. Too many to name on the other side of 198. But the barber shop is directly across from Jerrys on that side. They are the best Jerrys around. (at least when I worked there, lol) super fast and accurate orders. hehe, we used to force each other into the -40F freezer for kicks, hook up my ipod to the radio receiver, .....ah memories.
