Yep, although I haven't used it directly with headphones. It would also allow for some upgrade path.... use the module as a DAC then later it could be used as a USB receiver with an Opus or Buffalo. If the OP configured it right, they could even leave enough vertical room to stack modules later and still keep it in a relatively small case (although one would need to have an outboard PS in that situation).

You could pick up one of these: The USB Receiver Module and avoid surface mount soldering for the DAC at the very least.

Indeed. I use an electric. Of course I also have a long goatee, so that cuts down on facial space that needs shaving. Haven't even trimmed the goatee for over a year now too. God I love working in academe. However, I can understand the shaving-as-hobby thing. It's something we have to do (most of us) and if you have to do it, you might as well enjoy it or have some sort of positive outcome. While out in Vegas this summer I was in one of those malls that connects two casinos. There was an Art of Shaving retail store....I almost went in for the facial shave they offered. Almost, if it wasn't $50 for the shave that is. I have been considering shaving my head again and because of that, I've been looking into shaving a bit. So it's not that odd that there are multiple forums dedicated to wet shaving. Hell of a lot better than dry shaving, right.

Worked on a Beta as well and finished up a Buffalo DAC.... listening right now. With TOSLINK input (SPIDIF) it doesn't play well with my Airport Express and airtunes.... directly into my laptop with TOSLINK works just fine, so I gotta figure that out. Sounds.......
