Well that's just silly Background -- on top of looking like a shoop -- there's a whole controversy surrounding 24 fret vs 22 fret guitars -- there is a whole school of thought who feel that the optimal placement for the neck pickup is at the 24th fret (and they're not wrong...but only because it's entirely subjective, not because of their usual stated reasons), hence 22 fret guitars, but with 24 fret guitars, they usually try to place the neck pickup as close to the neck as possible. Eastwood Custom ^ are not even trying.

At least there's truth in advertising.

The concert was great, and if you're familiar with Buckethead, you know what to expect -- lots of beat-driven wanking, nunchucks, lots of wanking without beats, he handed out toys out of a big santa-sized bag at one point, some bass ganks...he's largely a Les Paul player, and he has his mostly white -- white body, white pickups, white headstock, white knobs except some... the pickup switch on the upper horn is red, and one of the knobs is red...it took me a minute to figure it out...

I did, and was initially told, "no", but was later tracked down and I am now the proud owner of two over-priced bulk earplugs.

Seeing Buckethead in about an hour, forgot my hearing protection. Fuck.

Still on Tomita -- not finding a whole lot on Spotify or Tidal, and far too lazy to dig out my CDs and/or records, so I went with...YouTube. There's a nice playlist of most everything (including the Debussy album, Pictures, Planets, and the Grand Canyon Suite -- probably the four most important works of his to me) called "Tomita - Electronic Music Wizard".

Also, it's called Computer World or Computerwelt if you're German. I saw them on that tour. Love this album, perfection.
