I've seen Thai spelled a couple different ways when transliterated. I wouldn't worry too much about spelling. Did you mean Thom Ka Kai (sometimes spelled Tom Kha Gai)? (Also: see what I mean?) Yeah, Dusty loves himself some Thai. Almost had Indian tonight, but someone told me that Glory Days still had Beef on Weck, so...the power of suggestion.
