(at this point, I laughed, the latter speaker caught my eye and smiled, while speaking to the former speaker, who must have apparently had a quizzical expression on his face) "I eat things that eat vegetables, being the implication." I'm going to have to use that from now on. I'm an indirect vegetarian.

No, I've seen a lot of rabid fanboyism about speakers, too. Usually dynamic, though.

They're supposed to be TEH AWSUM, though I've never heard them myself. Quite a few of those who've tried it don't go back to anything else, they spend the rest of their time upgrading their amps. So although I would say the fanboyism is raving mad, I wouldn't say they were rabid, as they don't spend a lot of energy waxing eloquent about how much they like their speakers. I suspect this is because they are too busy actually listening to their speakers.

If it's any consolation, that's one of the few beers I've preferred out of the bottle. And I only had it once on tap, though I went out of my way to do so.

congrats! Yeah, end of something that took that much of your life is always going to be followed by a severe anticlimax/period of boredom/wondering what to do with yourself period. It'll pass.

Do you insulate your pipes? I have found that helps, tanked or tankless. I have to admit, I know nothing about tankless, but have wanted one and am intrigued by the notion ever since I heard of it, so will be lurking in this thread.
