What did you do today?
We got a pack and play with a changing table built in to keep down stairs. We also had a dresser up stairs that had a changing pad built into the top. I wouldn't have wanted to go without either. That said, the P&P never got used as such (Lily hated it) but she did sleep in the changing section of it for a while when she refused to sleep in her crib. Nowadays we just lay a pad on the floor to change her.

Opinions Sought (remolding of IEMs)
I sent in the order form and will send TF10s and impressions tomorrow. I opted to pay $15 to have the turn-around time cut to 3 days so I should have them before the end of the month. I went with the Dusty black/black option, no artwork.

Mine looks exactly like this. I like the variable spring tension adjustment. Amazon.com: General Tools 78 Heavy Duty Steel Automatic Center Punch: Home Improvement Be sure to check the "similar items" to see if you can get a better price, that was just the first link I found.

Opinions Sought (remolding of IEMs)
Indeed. Filling out the order form now, they very promptly replied to my email which is a good sign in my book. Quoted wait time is 7 to 10 days.

Opinions Sought (remolding of IEMs)
Thanks guys, I had impressions taken yesterday (my local ear doc does it for $25) so I'm pretty much good to go on that front and for the apparent price it's a no brainer. I'll drop them a line today and see what they say regarding turn-around but 2 weeks+ is fine by me.

Opinions Sought (remolding of IEMs)
So I've pretty much convinced myself to go back down the rabbit hole that is Custom IEMs. My budget, as usual, is somewhat limited so I'm trying to weigh all of my options. Over a year ago I started a similar thread and at the time was pretty much ready to pull the trigger on some Freq product right as they decided to go under. So I tried the Livewires, they sucked without an amp, so I bailed and gave the idea more time to percolate. In addition to the traditional options this time I'm also considering one of the new-to-the-scene remolding/shelling services that have come about in the last 6 months or so. I have a pair of TF10 Pros that would be pretty ideal for this and so I figured I'd put it out there and get some feedback. Anyone have any direct experience with this type of service? Pros: Cost - $200 to have the TF10's turned into customs, $300 if I want an additional driver added to allegedly bring them within 5% of UE11s Cons: Location - almost definitely means dealing with an overseas company. I've heard there's a place in Florida but I can't find it. Resale - I'd imagine the value for something like this is $0, which honestly I'm pretty comfortable with.

Your comment makes no sense to me. When an amp can, it's a bonus, when it can't I don't see any reason to feel awful about it.- Video Transcoding Help - mkv to avi to DVD?

DVD Flick looks like it'll work, but takes enough system resources that I'll have to wait till after work to let it run and check the results tomorrow morning.- Video Transcoding Help - mkv to avi to DVD?
Grahame, Thanks, I'll try to look at some of that later. My issue really isn't getting the file to play on my PS3, I'm semi-savvy enough to be able to do that most days but ultimately what I'd like to do is get the mkv to the point where I can create a custom DVD from it. From what I understand none of the dvd authoring programs that I have access to are going to be able to handle the mkv format. - DIY cable gallery
