When I spoke to them at Canjam LA they explained they were skipping the digital input to skip having to pay for all the different licensing costs for DTS, Dolby etc.- Post the last thing you bought!
Atrix 4g and a exchange server account to host my PST files. I'm hoping this works out or this will be one very expensive experiment in new technology. I wish I didn't have to do this crap.- Question: Most Revealing Cans?
Yup ER4s are the awesome in portables for the same purpose. The only ones I use. Though I am very interested once the new JH-16A/13A are finished to see what they are like, especially if you can adjust the EQ at home....- And now what did you do TODAY?
Yeah it was a fun show. We also saw "O" at the Bellagio in LV which I will admit was pretty cool too.- Question: Most Revealing Cans?
If you want revealing go with KGSS + 4070 instead. Those things rule. If I could have found a pair of 4070 for a reasonable price I think I may have kept my KGSS but for me the O2s weren't it. For me the 800s + GS-X are pure nirvana, I think they are as close to a wire with gain as anything I have ever heard. I love them, I don't even do any wild ass math or equalization on them. That said if you really want to hear the differences between dacs something with a hotter (rather than neutral) high end is probably in order.- Google Android OS
I think I'm going to take the plunge on an Atrix this weekend after I found a way to sync with desktop outlook: http://www.companionlink.com/android/outlook/ I know I'm a dinosaur for wanting that but to me Tasks and Notes are 100% essential, more essential than having a fully functioning web browser or angry birds so I have been sticking with my crappy old Window Mobile 6.1 phone.- Joe freed in Libya
Great news that your friend is safe Carl- Post the last thing you bought!
Win. I always say "on your left" but this does the trick nicely. I get rather annoyed when people don't do this though, which is a lot around here. They then of course bitch about runners running all over the trail etc. Bloody idiots.- Happy Birthday Voltron

Got up early to work before a landscaper comes for a meeting. Yesterday I got a $7800 quote to take down a tree from a company that had quoted me $5k to take it down last year. We did a $3k crown reduction instead so the tree would stick around. I had figured around $3k to do the rest because I'm sure some cost is to get the guys there etc. I'm looking forward to their explanation of the new price vs the old one, it's with a different arborist but last years price was from the head arborist. Probably not going to do it anyway now.- Hey Head-Case, what's your bandwidth like?

I was going to ask if you'd just put it on. Time to do some hand winding on that one.- The Official Head-Case Photography Thread.
I agree as well. I would say a hand held flash so you can cut down exposure time would improve the whole thing as long as the lighting doesn't end up all "shadowy"- And now what did you do TODAY?
Paid for my new wheels and now I have to wait 4 weeks for the carbon fiber and ceramic bearing gremlins to make them.....- Watches
Yes is is. I sent my working Zenith to get serviced and it came back $700+ later. That said it looked brand new which is one of the advantages of getting them serviced with the company.- And now what did you do TODAY?
