Got in a beautiful ride this morning. A nice 20 miles. Caught up to a guy who was cooling down after taking my KOM on the loop of the lake. I will have to work at it to get that back again.

Nice work all. I should have ridden today but I was entirely sapped from this week at work so I didn't make it out. Not going to make it out tomorrow either because my wife leaves around 10am for San Diego for a conference. I'm looking forward to having mornings with the boys though.

Going to be riding at the lake this weekend. Sorry to miss Colin but hopefully we can set something else up soon. Team HC ride in Sept?
