I can't say, I wasn't there . Somehow I misunderstood you--or my memory is playing tricks, or both-- so I thought that the ankle problems might have come from loading weight on it a bit early. Anyway, being eager to recover normal life is something most people try to do, so nothing to reproach. Just take it easy, carpal pathology, be it your trapezium or scaphoid bones, isn't easy to treat and for sure it needs some rest to help the steroids to do their magic. No PT suggested?

BH/BHSE. Results will depend largely on the source, but listening to well recorded music on the 009 combo is addicting. The 007 will benefit too, a huge lot. As a matter of fact I tend to listen to the 007 even more, things work like John says. Someone once told me that loading the output of a tube amp--which already has a transformer at the output--with another transformer may result in damaging the amp, or in the best case, diminishing its performance quality. Any knowledgeable around having an opinion?

While watching the Real Madrid - Athletic de Bilbao (real)football match, listening to Dave Douglas Quintet - Live at the Jazz Standard [12-set] at Douglas website Considering if purchasing the whole package at $100. I'm ending track 12, which I'm afraid is as far as one can listen.

The 3000's are pretty comfy so if sound-wise do the trick, they may be a perfect match. Otherwise let me know, I'd get those pads if you're not going to use them.

The ATH L3000 (leather and expensive) and W3000 ANV (probably pleather and likely less expensive) are 100mm. Denon D5000's (and probably D2000's too) are 90mm. JVC HP-DX1000 are 100x105mm, but rather thick (though extremely comfy).

I still keep a pile of recorded cassettes, even blank ones, Metal TDK were my favorites. A couple of working Walkman, and a Nakamichi deck. I haven't listened to a cassette in about 17-20 years, more or less what it took me to have a CD player in the car.

While nowadays we have the luck of having presents brought by Santa and The Three Wise Men (Reyes Magos) on Christmas Eve and Epiphany Eve, when I was a kid only Los Reyes Magos were bringing them. Not sure if that was a Catholic thing or a wealth one. However we were aware of Santa's existence and we already knew he spent part of his holidays on our sunny and warm beaches, but not in summer, but around the Easter time. Tapas, jamón de bellota pata negra, Ribera de Duero and all those gourmandises are to blame of his round belly. I saw him several times when I lived in the Mediterranean Coast
