I want to catch more Philadelphia games, some good fights.  I expect some more physicality tonight with Bruins vs. Rangers at MSG.  Going out for dinner with my wife, but will DVR it.

Watched the Islanders come back down 3-1 after the first period to beat the maple leafs 7-4 last night, Rangers are not doing as well,Philly beat them for their first win..

Rangers played a better game Wednesday against the Bruins, though they shouldn't have allowed the Bruins to get a point out of it.  A healthy Gaborik, and that first line (Richards, Nash, Gaborik) is fucking awesome!!!!

Haven't watched any Caps highlights, doesn't sound like they are doing well.  Any thoughts on the issues?

Only saw the first period, did Ovechkin finally get going or was it just a lucky PP goal?

Sabres without Vanek = fail

And Montreal without Max Pac for a while, that's too bad for them.....

Yeah, good to see that, I did always like him, even though on other teams.  I'll be getting tickets for the Caps game March 16th in Boston, will have the jersey ready  :dinny: oops I mean  :jbl:

What are decent (albeit inexpensive) seats for a hockey game? Never seen it on TV or live so suggestions would be nice.

Is ticketmaster the place the buy them or are they available for better prices elsewhere (at the mall, in person at the box office etc)?

Ticketmaster charges some ugly fees at times, box office may be best to get at face value.  Sometimes a local Craigslist ad or maybe a local sports/hockey online forum will even get a season ticket holder to sell.  There's also stubhub.com, basically legalized scalping; usually good only if games are sold out.....

Panthers games never sell out apparently. Julie's favorite team is from Montreal and they are in town on a Sunday in March. She keeps talking about hockey so figured I'd surprise her. The box office was what was suggested the night of the game itself but I'll visit them this weekend to find out how things work.

Islanders are looking good so far, special teams killed 25 out of 26 penaltys , & are scoring on the power play.

Beat the Devils in overtime on the power play last night.

Devils are looking good as well,Rangers are in a funk & lost Callahan for 2 weeks.
