They did something really cool -- they went through all the videos and synchronized them with cell phone tower information and they found someone who made a call at the exact same time as the second explosion who also dropped a package off at the location of the second explosion.  So now they have the name associated with that number, someone to question, but they don't know if it's the same person as in the video.

 

This is from my local news radio station, WTOP, which has been extremely conservative about prematurely reporting information.  I usually hear about rumours as denials first, for example.

Damn, there was a guy at both the Boston Marathon and Waco fertilizer blasts? 

 

"I just want to get out of here and get away from all these explosions."

Makes me sad and angrier every time I see a picture of that poor kid that died. sigh
