That looked like halibut or chicken in the first two pics and then looked like an amazing steak in the last pic! Tasty stuff.

Huh, it is kind of pale in the first two pics. Must be the crummy phone camera and lighting. It did turn out to be very yummy!

A tasty Burger

But where's the bacon I hear you ask?

Worry Not.

Don't let the rocket fool you; Bacon lurks beneath, on this brunch flatbread.

Best margarita pizza I've had in a while.

Double double Animal Style, fries, chocolate shake.

Burger.  Hand chopped patty (beef short rib, chuck, and oxtail), topped with a melty cheese slice (cheddar and gruyere emulsified in wheat beer and sodium citrate) on a brioche bun. Yum

Holy crap, Colin.  Even without the picture, that burger has me drooling.

Oh, and I've taken to ordering 2 Flying Dutchman (with grilled onions) with side Lettuce and side tomato.  It's a cleaner way to have In N Out "protein style".  Eat with a knife and fork (which you always have to ask them for)

Same thing as last night, except 50% more meat and sous vide.

Losing it over Peranankan food these days.  Having some char kway teow and fried bee hoon.  INSANE.  Gonna eat a fish's whole head later.  Fucking love China.

I grew up eating fish that always had the head attached. Dad used to eat the cheeks and the eyeballs. I'd eat the cheek, but passed on the eyeball. Blech.

Is bee hoon the thin rice noodles? Love it.

What's inside the char kway teow?

Banh mi.  I love banh mis.
