My proper meal of ribs.

New place from the owners of two of my 5 faves places in town, including my fav. This place I have been waiting for for 5 months, and I had stupid high expectations. It exceeded them, somehow. This is my new favorite place in Chattanooga, and if anyone swings through town I am taking them here. These are easily the best ribs I have ever had in my life. I've been to opening night at a few places in town and this was by far the best.

Oh, we had an appetizer.

Pickled veggies, deviled eggs, pralines (I think)_ and cheese sticks (basically goldfish.) I despise veggies but tried everything and was OK with some. Even the veggie burger with chipotle mayo was good. If you know how much I despise mayo and veggies you will realize how ridiculous it is that I tried this, much less liked it. Where is the drunk thread again? Also, why am I typing on my phone whilst sitting at a computer.
