^hmmm how would it work with a loaf....

Today's bake, happy with the oven spring this time.

Simple country loaf with a bit of oat flower flour added. 36 hour fermentation process wild yeast bread.

I, unfortunately, don’t have a photo of the apple pie I baked yesterday, but I do have proof it briefly existed as I tried to catch with a non-glove hand during a removing from oven mishap. Also as I’m missing fingerprints currently, now would be the time for crime suggestions.

Thanks. Losing the pie sucked, but the burns were fire.

You didn't eat it? A floor would have to be pretty dirty to keep me out of an apple pie.

Most of our guests switched to other pies, but I was determined. That said when juggling pie parts the fallen crust had a closer parameter than the apple slices and juices which took flight. Saved mess ratio was a little off.
