March 4, 200917 yr Back when I was still attending, the campus police report, did have report or two of a suspicious older man walking around (i think..40s or later) sometimes trying to look up girl's skirts/other times just behaving weirdly, and then by the time the officers get there, no signs of the suspect around the area.
